Ingredients

Fractionated Coconut Oil, Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, Pink Grapefruit and Lavender essential oils

How To Use

Add a few drops to the palm of your hands and rub together to warm the oil. Cup hands over face and inhale and exhale deeply a few times, breathing in the calming aroma and breathing out the tension and negative emotions.

You can also rub a couple of drops into your wrists, back of the neck and temples for added grounding.
