Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us here within 2 hours of placing the order. Any order requesting cancellation before processing and dispatch will incur a $5.00 fee to offset the cost of the transaction.

If a request is made to cancel your order after the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, a processing fee of $9.95 may apply and the remainder of the cost will be refunded within 5-10 business days. If personalised items have been processed, extra fees may apply to your cancellation

For cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched, please refer to our change of mind policy.

Returns for change of mind

Due to health regulations and the nature of some of our products and hampers, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind, even if the product is unopened.

Please choose carefully and ensure that any products you select are right for you based on the product description and the information provided on our website.

Damages and issues

In the rare case that you receive the wrong order or a faulty item, we will however accept returns & offer an exchange. To start this process please email us at info@thewildemagnolia.com.au and include your order number, details of the issue and pictures of the wrong/damaged item.

We take a great deal of care in inspecting each product before packaging, and packaging appropriately to ensure you receive your item in the same beautiful manner it leaves our studio.

In the rare case that your item goes missing or gets damaged in transit, The Wilde Magnolia will not be held liable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All items are final sale and as such we do not offer refunds
